European Witch Craze of the 16th and 17th Century

Quite an eye-opener. I had little idea the anti-witch movement was both so big (thousands of victims all over Europe) and so modern (not a hold-over from Medieval times.

Dull as ditchwater, unfortunately. It would have been so much more interesting if Trevor-Roper had narrated what happened, instead of just analyzing it.
